There is a lot of smiles, sweat, and cheering going on here. In fact, they know me better than I know myself. I challenge myself everyday and I have an entire cheer squad behind me! I even need someone to pull the reins on me every once in a while because my confidence has skyrocketed and I feel invincible! The personal trainers (Megan, Andrew, Penny, Dane, and Jermey) ALL know my strengths and weaknesses. I literally drip sweat every workout but don't feel like the workouts are impossible. The intimate, personalized training (while working out with a bunch of fun people) wakes me up every morning! The gym is the highlight of my day! I tried homes videos, gym memberships, and long walks but nothing really made a difference.
